Delivery policy

  • Before attempting a delivery we make sure that the person is at home. We phone her / him if the phone number is provided or send her / him a sms. After the meeting is arranged we go to her / his apartment and hand in her / him the gift.

  • We cannot provide a delivery if the sender has provided the wrong or incomplete address or the telephone number.

  • The gift will be delivered within 24-48 hours after your payment, provided the the recipient is at home, her/his correct phone number and accuracy of address is provided.

  • We can deliver a gift on Saturday and Sunday provided you made an order till Friday.

  • The delivery may take up to 4 days if only the address if provided without a phone number.

  • In holiday time (New Year, Valentine's Day, March 8, Easter and others) we strongly recommend you to make an order several days in advance.

  • The gifts/flowers cannot be delivered on time if after the negotiated time the recipient is not at home to accept a gift.

  • In this case we leave the right behind us to hand the gift to any person who is at home (if the recipient is absent).

  • In rare cases when a requested item cannot be found in the city, the item can be substituted.

  • We do not refund the money if the recipient cannot accept the order for any reason.

  • We cannot cancel the order upon your request if the present has been already bought.

  • If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do it as long as we receive it before the order has been sent out for delivery, or prepared for delivery. In this case you will be refunded 50% of your payment.
